I arrived and there was a line waiting to get their sandwiches, I debated coming back later but it moved quickly. I find the kiosk ordering very impersonal and leaves no opportunity for questions. I ordered the grindhouse, it came out quickly and I grabbed a seat at the marble table in back. Sandwich was delicious, everything seemed to go together perfectly. Loved this place besides the kiosk ordering.

DELICIOUS! The sandwiches are very filling and have quality ingredients. The house garlic and herb spread is amazing. In regards specifically the cuban- while not exactly like the ones from Florida, it was still fire. The shop itself was also very cute.

The Eggplant Parm was great, nice to have the marinara sauce on the side for dipping rather than making the bread sodden. Not a bad pozole soup to start with but it felt very unhealthy 😅 Next time would do the meatballs to start instead. Ambiance was nice, fun to sit at the table/counter and watch the kitchen at work. No line on a Sunday.

Even though I only did takeaway, this is THE Place to get a deli sandwich!!😃😃 My wife & I are traveling to Chicago via Amtrak and had a 4 hour layover in Seattle. SALUMI is a easy 2 blocks from King Street station. Ordered online, and was ready exactly when they quoted me. Plus the staff was wonderful as well. Plenty of tables to sit and eat, also some sidewalk tables as well(very European 😃😃 whenever I'm in Seattle.....Salumis is THE place!!

Salumi did an amazing custom cheese board for my husband and I a few years ago on our elopement day. We rented a boat at the Electric Boat Company on SLU, and Salumi arranged for delivery to the boat location. The quality of the cheese board was amazing, and it was beautiful. It ended up being the perfect snack for our celebratory boat ride!

This is the place for Italian inspired charcuterie and sandwiches. The porchetta is absolutely decadent. There is a wide array of different styles of salami and cured meats as well. During lunch hour there is always a line. Order online to avoid it. There is plenty of seating and tables available in this Pioneer Square institution.

Excellent sandwich. Stopped by while waiting for a train and craving lunch - pleasantly surprised to see it close by. I always believe you can judge a place by its most basic order - the salami and cheese blew me away! Definitely recommend stopping by.

The sandwich hype is real. It's an unassuming little joint that stays quiet until noon rolls around and all the hungry patrons line up for a delicious sandwich on their lunch breaks. There's quite a bit of seating inside, thankfully, and there's a public restroom with the code written on the wall. You order via a kiosk now, which is efficient, if a little impersonal. I wish they had Wi-Fi, as lunch spots like this tend to be great to pop open your laptop and get some work done, but alas. I got a porchetta sandwich, a grindhouse sandwich, and a chocolate-chip cookie. The porchetta is my favorite. It's served hot on a fresh baguette, smothered with an herb aioli, some kind of vinegar, and some sweet peppers. The meat is incredibly tender and juicy, the richness of the fat balanced by the tangy vinegar and peppers. It's a juicy and delicious sandwich. The grindhouse is a cold sandwich on ciabatta with salami, turkey, cheese, shredded lettuce, and mayo. It's a solidly executed sandwich, if not the most exciting. If you're an East-Coaster missing your deli fix, this might do it for you. Finally, the supposedly famous chocolate-chip cookie is pretty disappointing. Mine only had about 5 tiny chocolate chips in it (a crime which should be punished with the full extent of the law) and the cookie itself was just bland and basic. Overall, I'd highly recommend you stop by Salumi a little before noon on your lunch break, grab a hot sandwich, and skip the dessert.

It was my first time visiting a few weeks ago and my only regret is not coming sooner! I ordered the eggplant parm sandwich and it was absolutely phenomenal. It came out piping hot with a side of hot tomato sauce to dip the sandwich into. The crusty bread filled breaded eggplant, peppers, red sauce, and gooey melted cheese made for an amazing sandwich. $18 is typically more than I like to pay for a sandwich, but this one was worth it. Giving the service 4 stars only because you place your own order at a self service screen instead of having someone who works there take your order, but the staff was very warm and friendly.

I wish I had more time to enjoy Salumi sandwiches every week. They’re simply my favorite in the city. Generously stuffed with the tastiest porchetta and home-cured salami meat. You can see and taste the difference. The porchetta is huge and my friend and I easily shared one sandwich. Also, with higher prices, Salumi sandwiches are within the reasonable range especially if you share them. Whenever I have visitors, I make sure to make Salumi one of my “tour” spots and everyone loves it. For locals and tourists alike, this is a spot worth visiting!
